DESCRIPTION: Self-rising Coiltron renovates air conditioning chiller and cooler coils utilizing netural condensation action to flush away efficiency robbing particles such as soil, grease, lint and other accumulations.

APPLICATIONS: Coiltron can be used to clean coils indoors and out. As it can be used as a non-rinsing product, Coiltron is widely used as a coil renovator and filter adhesive for cooling coils in wall units and remote cooling units in ceiling as well as refrigeration chiller coils.

ADVANTAGES

-----------------

  • Automatically Cleans Cooling Coils by Normal Condensation - Coiltron's no rinse feature allows in-place cleanning of chiller and cooler coils. Units no longer have to be moved from their permanent location when product is used.

  • Controls Filter Odors -  Coiltron eliminates odors commontoly associated with their air conditioning filters by removing rancid, oily deposits.

  • Works to Conserve Energy -  Soil deposits on coils insulate the heat transfer to reduce operating efficiency. Keeping the coils clean with Coiltron helps provide maximum heating and cooling efficiency without excess energy usage.

  • Double Duty - Coiltron not only cleans coils to improve unit effectiveness, but can be used as a filter cleaner and adhesive. Coiltron provides a mesh-work of tackiness that traps particles too small to be captured by the filter itself. The re-circulation of dirt, dust and other foreign matter is drastically reduced.

  • Inhibits Corrosion - Coiltron inhibits corrosion on filters and metal frame, leaving an invisible coating that increases the efficiency of the filter.

  • Safe - Coiltron will not harm aluminum, copper, steel or plastic because it is non-corrosive, non-caustic and non-acidic. Non-toxic Coiltron is safe to use in food processing areas.
